RECOMMENDED ACTIONS
Status: Moderate
Recommended: This update fixes non-critical issues that may impede general usage and require undesirable work-arounds affecting a limited number of users. The update is recommended to be applied when convenient. This update also notifies users of a new software version release: PEM 7.3, which contains feature enhancements.
WHAT IS IN THIS ALERT
This is a cumulative release of a software update for the Postgres Enterprise Manager v7.0. The update contains new usability features and improvements, additional alerting capabilities, and also contains important fixes that could relate to possible data corruption and security. It also patches a number of other bugs reported over the past few months. EDB recommends users to apply this update at the next possible downtime.
This software update contains the following enhancements and fixes:

- Enhancements to the agent self-registration and server registration through the command-line
- Allows the specification of group and team during agent self-registration, and server registration
- Allows registration of an agent for another user including making the other user the owner of the agent
- Alert Template Enhancements
- Additional auto template for Ungranted Locks
- Enhanced alert details for the ‘Standby servers lag behind the master by size (MB)’ alert template
- Additional Improvements for Accessibility in support of the WCAG AA 2.0 standard:
- Use of keyboard shortcuts - for the main window, query tool and debugger using only the keyboard and not requiring a mouse
- Support for configurable keyboard shortcuts
- Agent Grouping - Allows the agents to be grouped with the database server in the tree view
- User configuration of the real-time Server Dashboard - Allows the user to toggle the display of the server activity charts and activity table on the Server Dashboard.
- Enable / Disable UI animations - Allows the enabling and disabling of the animation of the dialogs and tree operations to improve the display performance.
- Real time connection status in Query Tool - Shows the connection and transaction status of the connection in the Query Tool.
- Data sorting in View Data mode - Allow sorting of the data in the View Data window.
- Support for editing data in tables with OIDs and without primary_keys.
- SSH Tunnel - Allow connection to a database server behind a firewall using a SSH tunnel.

- Request-URI Too Long ERROR - capacity manager (#755819)
