EDB Postgres Advanced Server (Database Server 11.7.14)

WHAT’S NEW
This update is notifying you of a new software release EDB Postgres™ Advanced Server 11.7.14. EDB Postgres Advanced Server 11 is built on the open source PostgreSQL 11, which introduces an impressive number of improvements that enable databases to scale up and scale out in more efficient ways. PostgreSQL 11 introduces increased robustness and performance to partitioning, transactions supported in stored features, enhanced capability for query parallelism and many more features.

Highlights of 11.7.14 release include:

Merge with community release 11.7.

On Windows, SSL support is now provided through SafeLogic OpenSSL (1.0.2u).

This update contains the following fixes:

RM44151 - Skip expression simplification while fetching cursor rowtype. [#940052]
RM44174 - Disable partition pruning while fetching a cursor rowtype. [#950257]
RM44155 - Fixed execution of empty statements via expired accounts. [#942512]
RM44175/DB-228 - Allow altering only its own password when expired while using password profiles.
RM44123 - Fixed handling of subtypes in the extended protocol.
RM44176 - Suppress error detail when password expire is set to infinity while using password profiles.
RM44108 - Clear rolpasswordsetat when a user is renamed.
RM44049 - Don't try to prune a relation when an OUTER JOIN is present to avoid possible projection of incorrect results.
RM44145 - Fixed server crash while loading data into partition table having foreign key with CLOBBER_CACHE_ALWAYS build
RM44146 - Fixed server crash while loading data into table through edbldr with CLOBBER_CACHE_ALWAYS build
RM44109 - Fixed CREATE TRIGGER .. AUTHORIZATION behavior to avoid potential pg_upgrade failures.
RM44129 - Fixed TAP testcase failure.
RM44141 - Fixed DROP TRIGGER by name behavior for statement-level triggers.
RM44130 - Fixed makeConst() call arguments order correctly in parse_spl_var().
RM44118 - Change datatype from int to double to avoid wrap around in password profile.
