WHAT’S NEW
This update is notifying you of a new software release EDB Postgres™ Advanced Server 9.6.19.26. EDB Postgres Advanced Server 9.6 is built on the open source PostgreSQL 9.6, which introduces an impressive number of improvements that enable databases to scale up and scale out in more efficient ways. PostgreSQL 9.6 also includes new monitoring capabilities that offer more visibility into the internal operations of the system such as vacuum progress monitoring and exposure of low level wait states in pg_stat_statements.

Highlights of 9.6.19.26 release include:
● Merge with community release 9.6.19

This update contains the following fixes:
● DB-682- In case of error coming from standard_planner global pointer is not getting clean up and end up with server crash. Commit fix dangling pointer de-reference for global index candidates. [#1026986]
● DB-640- Fix FF mode in Redwood to_char() datetime related functions.
● DB-639- Protect (timestamp + number) and (timestamp - number) against overflow.
● DB-592- Fix pg_dump to not dump build-in extensions.
● DB-477: edbldr: Disallow using NULLIF as SQL expression evaluation is not supported in the direct load.
● DB-301- edbldr: Fix assorted issues where ZONED data input length is less than the precision.
