WHAT’S NEW

This update is notifying you of the new software release of Migration Portal 4.7.1 Migration Portal is a web-based service for assessing and migrating Oracle database schemas to the EDB Postgres Advanced Server platform.

Important highlights of this release include the following:

  • Fixed an issue for parsing a DDL completely with white-space unicode characters in the source.
  • Updated multiple software libraries and implemented other security improvements.

Note that due to some of the changes made in this release, some users may encounter a Whitelabel Error Page when they attempt to access the new version of the Migration Portal.  This issue is due to data from previous interactions with older versions of the Migration Portal being stored in the user’s browser cache that is now invalid. To resolve this issue, users can either clear the cache from the browser history or use the Incognito/Private window to access the Migration Portal.
